COMMON QUESTIONS

Pricing FAQ

What is the difference between the Project Pass and the Monthly Subscription?

The Project Pass provides full access to all platform features for a single case for 90 days at a one-time cost of $149. It is designed for practitioners who want to evaluate the platform on a real case before committing to a subscription, or for practitioners with occasional rather than regular forensic caseloads. The Monthly Subscription provides unlimited case access for $199 per month and is designed for practitioners with a regular forensic evaluation workload.

What happens when my Project Pass expires?

When the 90-day access window closes, your case transitions to read-only archive status. In read-only archive, you retain full extraction rights — you can download your original documents, export your AI-generated artifacts with metadata, and produce a complete case file archive. You cannot upload new records or run new AI features on an expired Project Pass case.

Can I convert a Project Pass to a subscription?

Yes. If you decide to subscribe after using a Project Pass, your archived case becomes active again under your subscription and full workbench access is restored. Conversion is easy through your dashboard.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. There is no cancellation penalty and no minimum commitment period. You can cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Billing occurs ahead so you will not receive a refund, but you will not be billed for the upcoming cycle, and full platform privileges remain in place through your full billing cycle.

What happens to my cases if I cancel?

Your cases transition to read-only archived status after you cancel (at the end of that billing cycle). In read-only archive, you retain full extraction rights for ten years following cancellation — you can download your original documents, export your AI-generated artifacts with metadata, and produce a complete case file archive at any time during that period. Read-only archive also includes the ability to view, download, and export all records and AI-generated artifacts, consistent with professional record retention requirements. You cannot upload new records or run new AI features on archived cases.

Will the pricing change over time?

We may introduce tiered subscriptions as the platform evolves to meet a wider set of needs.

Do you offer group or institutional pricing?

Not right now, but this could be developed in Phase 2. If you are a practice owner interested in multi-seat access, contact us to discuss your situation.

Do you offer academic or training program pricing?

Not at this time, but Argent is committed to supporting forensic psychology training programs. If you are a training director or program coordinator interested in access for your program, contact us to discuss academic partnership options.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and is never stored on Argent's servers.

Will I receive an invoice for my subscription?

Yes. A receipt is generated automatically for every charge and sent to your registered email address. Invoices suitable for practice expense documentation are available through your account settings.

Is there a free trial period?

There is no free trial period. The Project Pass is designed to serve the evaluation function a free trial would typically serve — full feature access on a real case, at a defined cost, with no subscription commitment required.
